Most questions already have an answer on the site, and checking first usually gets you moving faster than waiting for a reply would.
A few things are genuinely out of reach. We cannot recover a clip you processed here, because nothing is stored: the audio is handled on your own device and is gone once the page closes. We cannot fix an account problem either, as there are no accounts to sign into. Nor can we clear rights in music, commentary, or recordings that belong to somebody else.
The form itself sends nothing. Send Message hands your name, address, and note to whichever mail app your device is set up to use, and you send it from there, so the message travels through your own email provider rather than through this site. Whatever you write reaches an ordinary inbox and is used to answer you, not added to a mailing list.
Bug reports are far easier to act on with a little context. Please mention your browser and operating system, the format of the audio file you were working with (MP3, WAV, M4A and so on), which preset you had selected, and what you expected to happen instead of what did. If the problem is with how something sounds rather than an error, describing the result in plain words — too muddy, not loud enough, the tail is too long — is genuinely useful.
This is a small project maintained by one person alongside other work, so replies are best-effort and usually take a few days. Feature suggestions are read even when they do not get a reply.
